"Moga is a band that was born in the ambient womb of Pink Floyd, got it's first black eye from Howlin' Wolf, and had it's first kiss with the sweet tunes of The Band. In their sounds you will find memories of simpler, happier, and drunker times. They can transport you to the past, or shoot you out of a cannon into the future. At their live shows, you will be coerced into a dancing frenzy and will be pleasantly surprised to find a huge grin on your face. Moga strives to make good music for good people."

One day in September, two men had a conversation. They didn't have much in common, but they did have one thing- they needed a home. So they found a home. It wasn't the most beautiful home. It wasn't the most expensive. But it had one thing every home needs- an address.

Then the two men had another conversation (at said address above) and this one was about music.

Years later......after much social degratification and delusions of grandeur one of these men fell in love with a girl. And how this girl could sing! And how these men could sing!

Last Good Tooth

Penn Sultan(Guitars Singing), a Hong Kong cop comes to New York to attend the wedding of his Uncle Spoto (Fiddles) who introduces his new wife to him down at his supermarket, which he owns and is in the process of selling to Arthur Kapp (Drums). Uncle Spoto's friend, Steven Lo, loans him a vintage automobile for the wedding. Later that night, a street gang starts a motorcycle race near Uncle Spoto's apartment. They are about to run over his friend's car until Penn jumps down and stops them. He soon starts a rivalry with the street gang when he drives them away from the supermarket that they were robbing and vandalizing. This starts a series of brawls in which the bikies try to corner Penn and finish him off. When a member of the street gang named Angelo (Garvin Cross) gets involved in an illegal diamond deal gone bad and steals the diamonds, the small-time gangsters become the victims of a much larger and more effective criminal syndicate led by White Tiger (Kris Lord). While running away with the diamonds, Angelo leaves them in a cushion, which is unknowingly used by Penn for the wheelchair of a disabled Chinese American boy, who is raised by his elder brother Kevin Sullivan(Bass), a lingerie model/dancer who works in a seedy bar and is an associate/friend of the bikies. Penn befriends Kevin and advises him to stay away from crime. When the gangsters see this, they chase Penn and Kevin. After failing to confront Penn, the bikies turn up at Arthur's supermarket and start vandalizing it, during which two of Angelo's men are captured by White Tiger's men, who turn up at the supermarket in search of Angelo. Angelo's colleagues are unaware of his diamond heist and one is executed in a tree-shredder; his remains are given back to the other gangster to show to his friends as a warning to return the multi-million dollar goods. In the meantime, Penn, Uncle Spoto, Arthur and Kevin (Last Good Tooth) go to bikies' shed after the latest supermarket attack, and Last Good Tooth defeats them in another brawl, at which point the shredded remains are brought back.

Last Good Tooth is currently living and working Between Providence RI, and New York City and do all their own stunts.

The Famous Winters formed as 21-year old singer/guitarist, Sean Kennedy and 23-year old percussionist, Alex Garzone. In getting to know one another, they found that their very different beginnings as musicians had led them both to a common end. With a love of both live performance and recording, they began with the latter.

Their debut EP, “Carnival Sky,” is, as they put it, “A gigantic step in a wonderful direction”. Strikingly thoughtful, Kennedy’s lyrics speak to the very heart of the human condition. They are given life by melodies that float, and dive, freely over well-crafted changes. The rhythmic achievements, however, can be credited to Garzone. One might think in listening that he picks a note for every beat and insists they all work together. Sounding at times like a drum kit, and at others like inordinate objects, his innovative blend of styles is not to be overlooked.

The Famous Winters manage to preserve the art of thoughtful lyricism and captivating songs. With unforgettable melodies and chilling musical landscapes, their sound is a vessel for anyone looking for momentary departure. In July of 2011, Kennedy and Garzone released their debut EP "Carnival Sky" free for download at: http://thefamouswinters.bandcamp.com/ and at their live shows.
